The Journey…
Every journey must start at the beginning; the call to venture out and explore new worlds, perspectives, stories, truths and mysteries. It is unclear at the beginning of any quest what the descent into another world might have to offer or why it is necessary to leave the security of one’s own world to discover the foreign, the unknown and the exotic. How is it that the explorer has replaced fear, uncertainty, and sorrow with courage, faith and love? What transforms the explorer into a hero?
Soul Continuum’s journey follows the myths and tales of humankind to rekindle the spirit and induce the birth of a hero full of passion and purpose. The traveler evolves as trials are undertaken, fears are faced, summits are achieved and false summits are unveiled. Guides surface throughout to assist in the challenges and facilitate awareness, clarity, and direction towards universal truths.
The culmination of the journey is not a singular “aha” moment but rather a gathering of insight and understanding. The intertwining of unique opportunities with metaphor and experience centers intention with purpose and direction and cultivates greater passion for life. The experience transforms student into teacher and broadens perspective. “I” shifts to “we” and the egocentric self is changed. The traveler returns home with their boon, a story to share and change to promote and impart on others.
